Membership stands at 16 going into 2010. Four resignations received in 2009, owing to ill health or volume of commitments elsewhere.
Forthcoming events
Alan has planned a wide variety of events for the coming year which will reduce the need for visiting speakers and thereby keep costs down. There are also a number of possible weekend outings which should provide good opportunities for interesting photographs, details were circulated.
Committee members
Current members were willing to serve for a further year. Martyn Hammond proposed and Geoff Greaves seconded the motion that they be re-elected. Carried.
AOB
It was suggested that a session on digital camera tuition would be useful and welcome and this suggestion can be taken up in the event of a speaker being unavailable on the night or if it is wet for the July field trip.
The club will be represented at the Church Fete (date TBA usually early July)
