The Winteringham Camera Club Meeting 11th March 2009

The Winteringham Camera Club held its monthly meeting on Wednesday 11th March.
All prints, which obtained a place over the last club year, were displayed for Dave Charlesworth to judge. Dave commented on the quality of the prints and ways to improve them, after much deliberation and soul-searching Dave awarded the following positions.
Photographer of the year
Gordon Griffith 1st “Mist”
Kay Ashberry 2nd “Sea Holly”
Ken Jacobs 3rd “Blue Tit”
Ken Jacobs Highly commended ”Night snow”
Dave also brought a selection of his work for club members to look at he uses photos to produce paintings and writes poetry to complement his images.
Next meeting: April 8th 2009 at 7-30pm in the village hall all members please attend the AGM
Its your time to say what you need from the club and what do we need to change.
Please note the photo slot competition will be cancelled for this month.
